Shipping

 

Package travel times are based on business days!
This means that packages travel on Monday through Friday only, not on Saturday or Sunday (except for Next Day Saturday Delivery, for which there is an extra cost). If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday and your shipment has a scheduled delivery time of two days it will arrive on Tuesday. If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and your shipment has a scheduled delivery time of two days it will arrive on Wednesday.

Oversize

All items which are considered oversize can be shipped ground but require a “ground oversize” shipment charge. The minimum charge is billed out at 30 lbs. There may be items on this site which are oversized but may not be indicated as such. We reserve the right to charge an oversize fee on any order which contains a product that is oversized, even though it may not be indicated on the site.

Dimensional Weight

Dimensional weight is used to figure the cost of shipping many ground packages and all Next-day or Second-day air package. We use UPS for the majority of our shipments, and these new guidelines became effective January 1, 2007. Example: A package weighing 10lbs could cost you a 30lb rate because of its dimensions. This is all based on the size of the box that we have to pack your order in. Your shipping amount will be calculated using this method.

Truck Shipments

Some products are too large and must be shipped by motor freight. All truck orders must be pre-paid with a credit card. Please include, whenever possible, a business or commercial address for delivery. A $60 charge will be added to truck shipments delivered to a residential (non-business/non-commercial) address. Orders are shipped “Pre Paid”. You will be contacted with the amount for the shipping via email or phone.

Processing

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
Fridays - 9:00am - 5:00pm. EST

All orders placed before 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) shall ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number shipped via UPS. This information will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer at the time of the order. It will be emailed the day the order is shipped. To track your order, please go to: http://www.UPS.com and click on the Tracking tab.

Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the unused item for a refund or an exchange. Items returned for credit or refund, other than defective products, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge.

Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.

All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return: 

1.  Find your original invoice that came with the product.

2.  Contact our Customer Service Department at 919-734-9901 for return instructions and proper procedures.

3.  Re-pack the items securely in the original packaging, include a copy of your original receipt and apply a shipping label (to the return address below) and your return address.

4.  Ship prepaid via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS. Please retain your tracking number.

5.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
